Here is a recipe to prepare a quick quince and orange salad with spices. A fruity and delicious dish.

  Ingredients

1. Pour the white wine in a saucepan, then add 50 cl of water, sugar, spices and orange and lemon zest. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

2. Peel the quinces and cut into pieces. Dip them in the syrup and poach for 15 minutes.

3. Pour the salad in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
