For dessert, relish in a vanilla apple and quince jelly. It’s a little tricky to do but it is worth it.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Wash the fruits (do not peel, do not pit) and cut them into quarters.
2. Place in a pot with lemon juice, 1 liter of water and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
3. Drain in a colander and squeeze them over to a jam pan.
4. Stir while pouring the sugar and adding the vanilla pod split in half and with the seeds scraped beforehand.
5. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring. When cooked, skim. Pour the jelly into scalded and dried jars. Seal tightly.
Our baking tip: This jelly easily takes because these fruits are rich in pectin.
