Looking for an idea of dessert that changes a little of the ordinary? Here is a very easy recipe poached pears in orange juice.

1. Pour the orange juice into a pan that can hold 4 pears. Add the sugar, orange zest and star anise. Bring to a boil and leave to simmer over low heat.

2. Peel the pears with the tails on and place them in the pan with orange juice. Let cook for 20 minutes, basting regularly with the juice. At the end of the cooking, let cool in the orange juice.

3. Divide the pears on plates, sprinkle with the orange juice and sprinkle with zest. Serve immediately.
