Pear, almond cream and chocolate

A good dessert is always welcome at the end of a good meal. This delicious pear with almond cream and chocolate will be more than welcome!

  Ingredients

1. Mix the almond jam with a dash of the almond milk until smooth.

2. In a saucepan or bain-marie, melt the chocolate with the rest of the almond milk to obtain a thick sauce.

3. Peel the pears and slice. In each cup, put 1 tablespoon of almond cream. Divide the pears and pour over the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with the almond and oat biscuits.
