Peach and almond mini pizzas

This sweet mini pizza treat is topped with fresh peaches and almonds for crunch.

  Ingredients

1. Dissolve the yeast in 10 cl of warm water. Pour the flour into a bowl, make a hole and add the dissolved yeast, 1 pinch of salt and olive oil. Mix and knead the dough for 5 minutes and add a little more warm water until you obtains a supple texture. Make a ball and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place. The dough must double in volume.

2. Preheat the oven at 180°C (th.6). Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Flour a work surface and roll out the pieces into discs of about 10 cm in diameter.

3. Cover an oven tray with parchment paper and place the dough discs on it.

4. Peel the peaches and cut them in two. Remove the pits and slice. Arrange on the pizza dough. Sprinkle the knobs of butter and the flaky almonds.

5. Powder the pizzas with sugar. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve the mini pizzas.
