Nectarine salad with crystallized basil

For an easy dessert, here’s the nectarine salad recipe with crystallized basil. Enjoy without moderation.

1. Wash and dry the nectarines. Cut in half, pit and cut the flesh into strips. Put in a bowl.

2. Squeeze the lemon juice. Wash, dry and thin out the basil. Chop coarsely. Put in a shallow dish, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Mix.

3. Pour the remaining lemon juice over the nectarines and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Toss gently and divide into 4 glasses.

4. Sprinkle with crystallized basil and serve immediately.
