Try this summery nectarine tart this weekend and delight family and friends.

1. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th.7). Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Prick the dough with a fork.

2. Boil the nectarines for 1 minute and peel them. Then cut into wedges.

3. Pour the sugar in a cake pan with high sides that can fit into the oven.  Add the chopped butter. Place the mould over low heat and cook slowly until you get a golden caramel.

4. Place the nectarine wedges in the caramel. Cook and turn them regularly until it is coated entirely with caramel.

5. Remove the mould from heat and leave to cool for a few minutes. Arrange the nectarines and sprinkle with almond flakes. Cover with the dough and tuck the edges in the corners. Bake for 25 minutes.

6. Remove from the oven, leave to cool for 5 minutes then remove from the mould. Leave to cool and serve with thick cream.
