1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Garnish the tart pan with the shortbread pastry dough. Place on top a sheet of parchment paper, arrange dried fruits and bake the tart shell for 20 minutes white cooking.

2. After 15 minutes, remove the parchment paper and dried fruits so that the dough can be golden brown.

3. Break 100 g of dark chocolate and 50 g of milk chocolate in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and 20 g of butter. Melt a few minutes in the microwave, then add 200 g of cream to obtain a ganache.

4. Remove from the tart shell from the oven. Cut 3 bananas into slices and arrange on top. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Spread the ganache and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
