Ingredients
1. Wash and dry peaches and nectarines. Pit and cut into quarters. Hull the strawberries and cut in half. Squeeze the lemons. Rinse, dry and thin out the rosemary.
2. Prepare a barbecue or a plancha. Thread the fruits on wooden pikes alternating and place in a dish. Sprinkle the skewers with a drizzle of honey and lemon juice.
3. Grill the skewers for 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with rosemary. Serve warm.
