Fruit mousse

This dessert is fine and tasty, perfect to end the meal in style, delicate strawberry mousse with raspberries.

  Ingredients

1. Rinse the strawberries and blend them with the lemon juice and half of the sugar

2. Soak the gelatin in cold water, then melt it in a small cup of hot water. Add it to the strawberries mixture, with the remaining sugar and quark cheese.

3. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.

4. Pour the mousse into small individual molds and place in the fridge for 4 hours.

5. Unmold and decorate with a few raspberries and 1 sprig of mint.
