Make this creamy dessert with red fruit for a healthy treat.

  Ingredients

1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut into quarters. Pour into a bowl with powdered sugar.

2. Unmold the faisselle cheese. Place the quarters of strawberries in circle. Top a little bit of apple jelly. Decorate with  almond tuile cookies and a few sprigs of rosemary.
