Crêpe with caramelised pear
For a fruity and delicious dessert recipe: crêpe with caramelised pear.
1. Prepare the crêpe batter according to the following recipe. Preheat the oven to th.2, 60 ° C.
2. Peel the pears and cut into thin slices. Melt 50 g butter in a pan, place the pear slices and sprinkle with sugar. Let caramelize over low heat, turning the pears gently on the 2 sides. Put in a plate.
3. Melt the remaining butter. Brush in the interior of a skillet, place 2 or 3 slices of pear and pour 1 ladle of batter, turning the pan so that the batter covers the entire surface. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes then flip. Drizzle with caramel and cook for 1 minute.
4. Slide the crêpe in a baking dish and place in the oven. Repeat with the remaining batter and ingredients.
5. Serve with thick whipped cream and a glass of apple cider.
