Caramel and chocolate fondant
We recommend you the recipe, caramel and chocolate fondant
1. Preheat the oven to th. 8-240°C. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Smooth the mixture with a whisk. Beat the whole eggs. Add flour, butter and chocolate mixture, stirring constantly.
2. Put the sugar in a heavy saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Cook over low heat without stirring until an amber caramel. Incorporate immediately to the chocolate mixture, whisking well.
3. Buttered 6 individual molds. Fill them halfway with the mixture and insert in the middle two squares of chocolate. Divide remaining dough and bake for 10 minutes. Unmold right out of the oven and serve immediately.
