For Chinese New Year, we suggest a delicious coconut milk rice pudding recipe and orange zest.

1. Heat 1 liter of water. Once it starts boiling, pour the rice, cook for 3 minutes. Drain. Then in a pan, combine milk, coconut milk, add sugar and vanilla pod cut in half lengthwise. As soon as it boils, add the rice and cook for 25 to 30 minutes on low heat until the rice is soft. Remove the vanilla bean.

2. Divide the rice into cups and let cool, then refrigerate.

3. Peel the oranges and set aside the zests to garnish. Serve the coconut milk rice pudding with orange zests.
