Ingredients
1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Pat dry and cut into pieces. Bring a large amount of water to a boil with a pinch of coarse salt. Immerse the potatoes and cook 20 minutes.
2. Drain and mash with a potato masher in the pan. Slowly pour the coconut milk and reheat over low flame for 5 minutes, stirring. Salt and fresh ground pepper. Serve immediately.
