1. Peel 4 pears, and cut into quarters.

2. In a skillet, heat over low heat 50 g butter. Put the pears, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Let caramelize for 10 minutes.

3.  Serve with a pear sorbet or vanilla ice cream.
