Cantaloupe mousse
Want a dessert easy to do? You should try this cantaloupe mousse recipe. A true delight.
1. Soften the gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water. Cut a cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds. Collect the flesh and place in the bowl of a mixer. Mix until a fine puree. Pour it into a container.
2. Boil the lemon juice in a saucepan. Off the heat, add the gelatin leaves and let melt. Pour the lemon juice into the cantaloupe puree and mix.
3. Whip up the cream into a firm chantilly, gradually add the icing sugar and continue whipping. Incorporate to the cantaloupe puree. Divide the mousse into 4 glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
4. Cut the second cantaloupe into slices. Serve the mousse with the cantaloupe slices.
