1. Preheat the oven at 150 °C (th. 5). Blend 175 g of speculoos. Incorporate 75 g of melted salted butter. Line the bottom of a cake pan with this mixture. Set aside in the fridge.

2. In a bowl, whisk 600 g of cream cheese with 80 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 scraped vanilla bean. Mix to obtain a smooth mixture. Incorporate 3 eggs.

3. Whip 15 cl of cold liquid cream and incorporate 50 g of powdered sugar. Fold in the mixture and stir with a spatula. Add 150 g of blueberries, mix again and pour the mixture in the mould.

4. Bake for 45 minutes, leave to cool in the oven. Place the cheesecake in the fridge for 12 hours.
