Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 210°C (th. 7). Roll out the dough and transfer in a buttered tarte pan. Prick with a fork and refrigerate.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with goat cheese, previously mashed with a fork and cream. Pour the milk gradually until a smooth mixture. Add salt and pepper, the nutmeg, chopped chervil and emmental cheese.
3. Pour the mixture into the tart shell. Add the sliced surimi. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold with a green salad.
