Ingredients
1. Peel shrimps and chop roughly with a knife. Chop also surimi sticks. Wash and chop the dill. Squeeze the lemon. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, whiskey, lemon juice and pink peppercorns. Add salt and pepper and mix incorporating shrimp, surimi and dill.
3. Place in each plate the mixture into pastry rings. Before serving, carefully remove the circles and sprinkle with paprika.
