General informations
Ingredients
1. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff with 2 pinches of salt and ¼ lemon juice. Pour 3 tablespoons of cornstarch while mixing. The batter must be used immediately.
2. Dip quickly 400 g peeled shrimps (frozen or not) in the batter, then drop in hot oil. Once they are golden brown, drain on paper towels. Serve the beignets hot.
