Sesame and gingerbread sea bream fillet

1. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th. 7). Buttered a loaf pan. Beat 3 eggs with 3 tablespoons of honey until the mixture turns white. Incorporate 125 g of melted butter and 180 g of cornstarch. Mix and add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 pinch of salt, 3 pinch of pepper, 2 chopped onions, 150 g of grapes and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour the mixture in the mould and sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake for 45 minutes.

2. Cut the gingerbread into thick slices and grill. In a plate, mix the salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons of sesame and 1 chopped garlic clove. Brush the 4 sea bream fillets with butter and coat in the mixture.

3. Bake for 4 minutes on each side. Then place each fillet on a slice of toasted gingerbread.
