Scallop slices and lambs lettuce salad

Here is a recipe to cook scallop slices on a bed of lambs lettuce salad. A light and easy dish to prepare and that you’ll love.

1. Cut the scallops into thin slices. Combine the lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt.

2. Leave to marinate the scallop slices in the dressing for 1 hour 30 minutes in the fridge.

3. Rinse and drain the lambs lettuce salad. In a bowl, mix the chopped shallot, chopped chives, 1/2 of a lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the lambs lettuce salad at the very last moment and toss.

4. Divide the lambs lettuce on 4 plates and arrange the scallop slices. Serve immediately.
