Sautéed scallops with cucumber

You want to taste the flavors of the sea? Here is an easy recipe to cook scallops with cucumber.

1. Wash the cucumber, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and dice into cubes. Salt and pepper. Steam for 15 minutes. Set aside.

2. Wash and dry the scallops. Melt the butter with a little chervil in a nonstick skillet and seat the scallops for 2 minutes on each side. Pepper.

3. Divide the scallops on the plates and sprinkle with sea salt. Garnish with the diced cucumbers and garnish with chives. Serve immediately.

Our cooking tip: For a more economical dish, feel free to use frozen scallops.
