Salmon fillet with teriyaki

In this recipe, salmon is marinated in a soy sauce mixed with chopped ginger and mirin before being cooked on the grill.

Ingredients
1. Using the tip of a knife, score slightly the salmon fillets on both sides.
2. In a bowl whisk the soy sauce, sate, mirin, chopped ginger and sugar.
3. Put the salmon fillets in a medium sized pan. Drizzle with the marinade, then cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.
4. Drain the salmon fillets. Cook on the grill or in a pan for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Serve with a white cabbage salad.
