1. Soak 12 raisins in warm water. Wash 1 small white cabbage, cut off the stem and outer leaves. Slice into thin strips. Peel and chop 2 carrots.

2. Wash and drain a few leaves of iceberg lettuceRinse and chop 1 bunch of cilantro.

3. Using a peeler, cut 100g mimolette cheese into matchsticks. Drain the raisins. In a shallow dish, mix 50 g mayonnaise with 150 g fromage blanc. Stir all ingredients and mix well.
