Salmon fillet with mushrooms

For a gourmet dish, try your hand at this recipe to prepare a salmon fillet with chanterelle mushrooms. It’s easy and quick to do.

1. Wash the mushrooms. In a pan melt 50 g of butter with oil. Add the mushrooms and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring until the water has evaporated. Salt and pepper.

2. Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan after 10 minutes of cooking chanterelles, and add the salmon for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Salt and pepper.

3. Divide the salmon and mushrooms in 6 plates. Serve immediately.
