Parmesan crumbed baked white fish

Whip up a light and tasty lunch in just 20 minutes. This fish is seasoned with parmesan, mustard and Espelette pepper.

Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven at 225°C (th.7/8). Chop the parsley finely. In a big bowl, mix the parsley with the bread crumbs, the parmesan and the Espelette pepper. Salt, pepper and set aside.
2. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets. Brush with mustard each side. Coat with the previous mixture.
3. Bake for 10 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Serve with steamed broccoli.
