Mango and shrimp verrines

It's the mango season! Prepare them in glass jars, along with feta and shrimps. A simple appetizer, but delicious.

  Ingredients

1. Shell the shrimp. Peel and cut the mangos and the feta cheese into cubes. Wash, dry and thin out coriander. Squeeze the lime.

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then divide into glasses. Serve chilled.
