General informations
Ingredients
1. Drain the crab, remove the cartilage, cut into small pieces. Wash the celery cut into sections, set aside 4 pieces for decoration. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces. Peel and cut the ginger into slices.
2. Divide the ingredients into 4 glasses.
3. Squeeze the lime. Combine the juice with oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the dressing. Garnish with a celery section.
Serve immediately.
Our cooking tip: You can add diced cucumber and pink grapefruit. Sprinkle with Espelette pepper instead of ginger.
