Fried rice with pineapple and shrimps

Surprise your guests with this fried rice with pineapple and shrimps served in small bamboo baskets. Tasty!

  Ingredients

1. Steam the rice as indicated on the package. Drain and refresh. Set aside.

2. Shell the prawns, leaving the tails. Wash and slice the lemongrass stalks. Peel the pineapple, cut into slices and then into pieces.

3.Heat oil in a frying pan or wok. Sauté the prawns and pineapple pieces for 5 minutes over high heat. Add the rice, sprinkle with curry, salt and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring.

4. Sprinkle with lemongrass. Serve hot in a bamboo basket.
