Have this Asian inspired recipe of prawns marinated in coconut milk..

General informations
Ingredients
1. Shell the prawns.
2. Pour the coconut milk into a bowl and add the Vietnamese fish sauce, soy sauce and chili paste and crushed garlic.
3. Immerse the prawns in the bowl and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Drain the prawns.
4. Heat oil in a pan, fry the prawns for 3 minutes on low heat.
5. Skewer the prawns and serve with rice.
Note: During Chinese New Year, seafood is served first as it signifies prosperity.
