Fish and orange appetizer spoons

For appetizer, here is a recipe to prepare fish and orange appetizer spoons. An original way to start the meal.

1. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets, cut into cubes. Squeeze 1 orange. Rinse and thin out coriander and finely chop. Peel the second orange and supreme and cut into small pieces. Roughly chop the almonds with a knife.

2. In a large dish, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, orange juice, crushed cardamom, coriander stalks, turmeric, a little salt and pepper. Add the cubes of fish, and gently coat with the marinade. Cover with cling film and place 1 hour in the fridge.

3. Before serving, divide the fish cubes marinated in the appetizer spoons. Add a small piece of orange, some almond flakes and coriander leaf. Serve immediately.
