1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the butter cut in pieces, and honey. Mix the flour and baking soda. Add little by little to the previous mixture, stir. Form a ball, wrap it with cling film and store for 2 hours in the fridge.

2. Preheat the oven to 150°C (th. 5). Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet. Drop batter by heaping teaspoons and roll. Transfer on the baking sheet and crush them slightly to give them an elongated shape.

3. Bake for about 18 minutes until the top is golden brown. Let the cookies cool, then cut them lengthwise, and spread with the orange marmalade.

4. Combine the orange juice and icing sugar, and brush the top of the cookies.
