Fish with almond crumble

Add some pistachios to the crumble. Your dish will be even more delicious.

1. Wash thoroughly the leeks and chop. Place them in the steamer and place the cod fillets on top. Cook for 20 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven at  210°C (th. 7). Prepare the crumble: mix the butter with the flour and almonds. Add pepper. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes until it is golden.

3. Wash, dry and chop the chives. Place a layer of leeks on each plate, add a cod fillet and cover with the crumble. Sprinkle the chives and serve.
