1. Peel the potatoes, cut into chunks, and steam for 15 minutes.

2. Separate the cauliflower into florets. Rinse, add them to the potatoes and steam for another 15 minutes.

3. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, place the cod fillets in the second steamer basket. Sprinkle with sea salt and steam for 10 minutes.

4. Chop the chives. Pass the potato through a food mill. Mix the puree with the milk, 20 g of butter, chives, salt and pepper.

5. Crumble the cod and mix it to the puree. Buttered a baking dish and pour the preparation. Cover with cauliflower. Sprinkle the remaining butter and cheese. Add the thyme.

6. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Bake for 15 minutes.
