Savoury honey and gorgonzola cake
Try to prepare this delicious savoury cake with honey and gorgonzola. It is an easy and quick starter. Enjoy!
1. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Chop up the rosemary. Separate the eggs. Mix the yolks with the milk and 125 g of melted butter, then incorporate the flour and yeast. Add the honey, parmesan cheese and rosemary, mixing between each ingredient.
2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gently fold it into the batter. Pour half of the mixture into a buttered non-stick loaf pan. Scatter the diced gorgonzola and cover with the remaining batter.
3. Bake for 15 minutes then reduce the temperature to 180°C and leave to cook for another 30 minutes. Let cool before removing the cake from the tin. Cut the cake into slices and serve with a green salad.
