Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Put the egg yolks in a bowl. Beat them and stir in the cheese. Pour the olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff with 1 pinch of salt. Stir them gently to mix with the quark cheese.
3. Divide the mixture into ovenproof glass jars. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with parmesan shavings and serve immediately.
