  Ingredients

1. Cut the haddock fish and the beetroot into cubes.

2. In a baking circle, place the cubes of beetroot, then 2 tablespoons of cheese. Grate some pepper on top. Add the cubes of haddock.

3. Leave to sit for 3 hours in the fridge. Unmould and serve very cold.
