Pear and brie crostini with hazelnuts

1. Peel the pears and remove the core and seeds. Cut the pears into thick strips. Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the pears.

2. Crush the hazelnuts coarsely. Cut the brie cheese into 6 pieces, 20 g each. Toast the white bread and cut diagonally in two.

3. Preheat the oven on “grill”. Divide the pear slices onto the bread and add a piece of the brie.

4. Bake the crostinis until the brie melts. Serve.
