Perfect for a Sunday barbecue party, these melon and prawn skewers make for a good starter.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Shell the prawns and leave their tails. Cut the melon and watermelon into cubes.
2. Skewer the prawns and the fruits onto wooden picks.
3. Mix the oil, soy sauce and the peppers. Salt lightly. Sprinkle the skewers with the marinade. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. Grill the skewers for 10 minutes, turning regularly. Serve hot.
