Try your hand at this potato recipe with oregano and chili.

1. Peel the potatoes. Wash them, dry and cut them into pieces.

2. Wash, dry, thin out and chop half of the oregano.

3. Wash, dry, seed and chop the chili pepper.

4. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the potatoes and stir-fry over high heat for 20 minutes until golden brown. Add oregano, pepper, salt, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring gently.

5. Serve immediately.
