Spicy chicken salad with grapes and walnuts

Fix this healthy spiced chicken salad filled with wholesome walnuts and grapes.

1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Place them in a shallow dish. In another bowl, mix 6 tablespoons of oil, curry powder, ras-el-hanout spices, paprika and salt. Pour into the chicken and marinate for 3 hours.

2 In a pan, fry the spiced chicken for 10 minutes. Wash the vegetables and the grapes. Rinse, cut in half and remove the seeds from the grapes. Dry the salad leaves and chop them into thin strips. Peel the carrots and celeriac, then julienne. Chop the walnuts and roast for 5 minutes in a non-stick pan. Squeeze the lemon.

3. In a bowl combine the vinegar with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of oil. Add salt and pepper.

4. Divide the chopped salad onto 6 plates. Add the grapes, the julienned vegetables and the walnuts. Sprinkle the vinaigrette. Place the spiced chicken pieces on top.
