1. Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil. Immerse pasta and cook as indicated on the package. Drain and refresh under cold water. Shell peas and steam for 10 minutes.

2. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. Wash and cut the pepper in half. Remove the seeds, ribs and slice. Add the zucchini and bell pepper with the peas and steam for another 10 minutes. Thin out thyme.

3. Divide the penne and vegetables into 4 bowls and drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with thyme. Serve chilled.
