Mascarpone chocolate cake

This scumptious cake with mascarpone and chocolate make a perfect dessert for a family meal. Children and adults will love it!

1. Preheat the oven to th. 6 / 200°C. Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper. Break the chocolate into small pieces in a pan, add 4 tablespoons of water and melt over low heat, stirring until smooth.

2. Pour the chocolate into a bowl, add the mascarpone and mix. Stir in the eggs, icing sugar and flour. Pour the batter into the dish. Bake for 25 minutes.

3. Prepare the icing 10 minutes before the end of cooking. In a saucepan, melt over low heat the chocolate into pieces with butter cut into parcels. Mix until a smooth cream.

4. Pour the glaze over the cake and let it harden before unmolding. Serve cold.
