Chocolate banana tart
Here is an easy recipe for a chocolate and banana cake . You will love this dessert.
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Place 1 ready-made shortcrust pastry dough into a tart mould. Cover with a parchment paper , arrange dried beans on top and bake for 20 minutes.
2. After the 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet and beans, and put it back until golden brown.
3. Break 100 g dark chocolate and 50 g milk chocolate into pieces in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and 20 g of butter. Melt for a few minutes in the microwave at 30% power, then stir in the heavy cream to obtain a ganache.
4. Remove the tart from the oven. Cut 3 bananas into slices and place them on top. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Spread the ganache on top and set aside in the fridge until time to serve.
