Banana pancakes

Follow this easy recipe to make scrumptious pancakes.

1. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Mix together and dig a hole in the center.

2. Beat eggs with milk and pour this mixture into the wole. Gently whisk, incorporate gradually flour to the mixture. Melt butter and let it cool. Pour little by little into batter, stirring constantly. The batter should be smooth and slightly thick.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a small skillet. When it is hot, pour a small ladle of batter and cook for about 2 minutes. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for another minute. Transfer the pancake in a cloth and wrap to keep it warmContinue cooking with more oil and remaining batter.

4. Peel, slice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop hazelnuts.

5. Place 3 pancakes on the plate and alternate with banana slices. Finish with topping bananas and cream. Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
