Stir-fried potatoes with spring onions and sesame prawn

1. Wash the potatoes and place them in a bowl. Fill the bowl midway with water and wrap with cling film. Cook for 8 minutes in the microwave on maximum power. Cut into 1.5cm slices. Slice 1 spring onion.
2. In a saucepan or wok, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and saute the prawns. Season with salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add the spring onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour the soya sauce and the lemon juice. Sprinkle the white sesame seeds over the stir-fry. Serve immediately.
Our cooking tip: Potatoes with a firmer texture are better for cooking. It is particularly recommended for steaming, boiling (in salads, in a raclette), stir-fries and for gratins.
