Fish parmentier with prawns

1. Peel, cook and mash potatoes. Add 50 g butter, 1 egg and spices , mix and set aside.

2. Boil 50 cl of milk, immerse 300g cod fillet and 100 g of shrimp, cook for 3 minutes. Pass through chinois to collect the cooking broth.Set aside fish and shrimp.

3. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6). Make a roux with 25 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of flour. Pour the broth to obtain a béchamel.

4. Transfer the mashed potatoes in a buttered baking dish, cover with the fish and shrimp mixture, and top with béchamel. Sprinkle with about 100 grams of grated cheese and bake 20 minutes.
