Stir-fried noodles with vegetables, prawns and pineapple
Feel like having Asian food for dinner? Try your hand at this quintessential plate of fried noodles with vegetables, prawn and tropical taste of pineapple.
1. Wash, dry and chop the cilantro. Peel the carrot and cut off the ends of the spring onions. Trim the green beans. Chop all the vegetables into sticks.
2. Peel the pineapple and cut in half and then into fine slices.
3. Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok. When it is heated, toss the vegetables and saute for 3 minutes. Add salt and set aside in a large colander.
4. Repeat step 3 with the noodles, the prawns and the pineapples.
5. Pour everything into the wok. On high heat, add the soy sauce, the sugar and 1 pinch of chili powder. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until you obtain a caramel.
6. Divide it into bowls and decorate with cilantro leaves before serving.
